Difumina Illustration workshop.

I was supposed to be flying back to Rotterdam after the holiday in La Costa Brava but through my firend Marta Altés I found out about this illustration workshop called Difumina. 

I finally decided to extend my stay, change my flight and attend the workshop. I had a week of waiting in an almost unbearable heatwave in Barcelona, but it was well worth it. 

I spent five days in a little village called Salàs de Pallars in the Pyrenees amongst lovely people and beautiful landscapes. My teacher was the wonderfully talented Sonia Pulido. Our project was titled "A trip to the inside" and the varied results were impressive. 

The days there were magic.
