Best photo of the holidays.

Pensive Jack and lovely Yorkshire views. They never disappoint me.

The very welcoming Lardner household.

Lucy played the trumpet for us.

We bumped into Dan and gave him a ride.

We joined Lel's family to welcome Joe into York. We sang and smiled for hours.

Sana, sana...

Luca was in charge of the percussion

Tia got the right chords in no time.

Yorkshire in Autumn.

We had some days visiting Phil's family in lovely Yorkshire.
Beck's new house! Actually very old house, around 300 years old.
It's being completely renovated by Kelly.

Slowly but surely gettting there.

I had my first visit to the horse races.

This guy is not handing out flyers. That's a wad of cash in his hands.

Easiest way to lose money.

Some people like dressing up to impress the horses.

My losing horse, Ballesteros.

Jockeys are like a breed of their own.

The owner of the winning horse gets a prize.

Matching head gear.

Kevin looks at the jockey that was going to be riding his horse. Before the race, the owners
and their friends and families stand on a circular bit of grass while the horses walk around
them. Then, the jockeys come and introduce themselves and explain what strategies they
have in mind to win. I think appearing confidence is part of the job of being a jockey.
Also, wearing an awesome matching jacket and helmet cover.

She tried her best but the mud was too soft.

Nothing as cosy as an English kitchen.

Lovely, pretty York.

Pretty, pretty, prrrrreeeetty.

Gray's court had quite a bit of green.

Autumn.

This man shouted, "Nothing in the world can't be solved without explosions!"

Hello, you.

The impressive Minster.

Cool trousers.

Guapo, guapo.

Busy teenagers.

Nothing like Yorkshire countryside.

Well timed lunch break.

Horse made of rubber.

The snug corner.

Rotterdam is changing fast.

De Rotterdam building by OMA.

The new Rotterdam Markthal. We were all blown away by the hypnotic
fruits and veggies on the ceiling.

We could do with a few more garbage cans.

Hanging out with the stock photo people.

The new part of the Luchtsingel. Me smelling Phil's cheek.

People could donate money to the project and in exchange their name
was engraved on the slabs of wood that the Luchtsingel is made of.
