For the curry I used:
Butternut squash
Cauliflower
Chickpeas from a tin and their liquid
Garlic
1 chili
Coriander
Curry paste
Water
Spinach leaves (don't put them in till the end)
Once the curry is done, you can serve it with rice and a dollop of yogurt on top sprinkled with coriander. And carrot salad (grated carrot, coriander, chili, lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil). I bought a couple of
naan bread(s) and it all tasted perfect with chilled beer.
