Recommendable people in Barcelona.

Junteros.

The satisfaction of finishing something big.

Frido asked me to do this large painting of an urban scene of Rotterdam quite a while ago. I kept feeling overwhelmed by having to work on such a large piece, but I finally finished it and went to have it framed a couple of days ago. I'm curious about how it will look in his home!

(Now I really regret not finding a nicer and emptier space to take this photo...)

I wonder what goes on in here.

Whenever I've biked past it there's no one inside, but it looks like someone has a pleeasant, warm little place to chill in front of the river.

I'm always intrigued by this hotel near home.

I feel like stealing one of the letters of the HOTEL sign.

I'm From Barcelona - We're From Barcelona

This video has nothing to do with my hometown, but I love the fact there's a music group called "I'm from Barcelona".

¡Qué ganas tengo de estar en Barna!

I've been drawing.

Free Santa!

Paul McCarthy's "Santa with Butt Plug" has finally found a permanent home. A few years ago, when it was made, Rotterdam Municipal Council decided it wasn't suitable for a public space. But now something seems to have opened up in their minds, allowing the statue to be placed right in the middle of Rotterdam's most busy (and commercial) area.

I take it back.

Some days ago I said I couldn't find any shoes I really liked in Rotterdam. But this shop makes me have to swallow my words. I can't believe the shoes here.
Leti, quieres hacerme algún encargo? :-)
